So I didn’t travel all the way to the #NYC & #Jersey area earlier this month to become a #UFC Fighter for my birthday but I surely enjoyed acting like one!

On Friday, October 3rd, I took a class called #CardioMMA with Ultimate Fighting Championship fighter, #ChrisSladky (IG: @sladky145) at #UFC Gym Hoboken (IG: @ufcgymhoboken) and it  kicked my butt! #LovedIt!

It’s a combination of boxing drills with #plyometrics and #calesthenics! Super high intensity sweat session for a whole hour!

Punching and kicking the crap out of that bag felt so liberating! Something I truly needed,  instant stress relief! Note the smiles! Lol!

I would definitely recommend this as a must visit fitness destination if you ever find yourself in or near the NYC/Hoboken, Jersey area and need to get a good cardio workout in! Great people,  great training,  and one kick ass good time!
