Mindful Minute
Love people for who and what they are, and don’t be afraid to leave them where you found them, you only control you, love and protect that
Today’s mindful minute reflective thought is a very special one that falls on a very pivotal period in my life today which happens to be my 35th birthday! I chose to share this reflective thought on a day in my life that typically symbolizes a celebration of life, birth, and rebirth because it asks us to accept but also to let go; to receive but also to give away.
During your mindful mobility yoga practice today, as you inhale accept who and what has hurt or disappointed you before this moment in time as who or what it is, and with each exhale let them go and give the hurt and disappointment away, leaving no space in your inner court of your life for the negativity. At the end of the practice take a few deep breathes and fill your mind with everything positive and uplifting about your life in the here and now and cherish and protect those thoughts. This is also something you may want to note in a personal journal so that you don’t lose sight of them.
Mindful Mobility WOD
Today you will complete a minimum of 30 minutes of cardio and 1 Round (or as many as your body needs) of the Sun Salutation A sequence as prehab before and/or after your other resistance training or athletic activities today.

Meatless Meal of the Day (MOD)
