Mindful Minute
“Shock yourself, then go out and shock the world” ~ Candice Maria
Think about a goal you’ve reached in your life or even still working toward that you never imagined reaching. How did it make you feel? How do you feel when you visualize its completion? Were you shocked? Was the outcome so amazing that you thought to yourself that you were living a dream! You were probably beyond shocked!
What about those around you? Your inner and outer circles of influence? Were they shocked?
Do you have a vision? A dream of accomplishing something so amazing that just the thought of it scares you? During your mindful mobility practice today, take hold of that vision with each inhale and release that fear with each exhale! Determine within yourself that you can and will achieve it with God’s help. Know that there is a special gift and calling on everyone’s life, and it’s up to you to recognize it, pursue it no matter what, and then go out and inspire someone else to do the same in their own life! #payitforward!
Mindful Mobility
Today as you did yesterday, you will complete a minimum of 30 minutes of cardio and at least 2 Rounds (or as many as your body needs) of the Sun Salutation A sequence as prehab before and/or after or even during your other resistance training or athletic activities today.
