Mindful Minute
Day 11:

Another duo post, my apologies on being behind in the daily challenge posts, it’s been a very challenging week personally. However, all excuses behind.
Goal setting is great, and so is goal reaching, but without love it’s meaningless. Take time to be a light, to lift others up, listen to them and respond accordingly. Mindful listening is a gift.
Mindful Mobility
Today as you should have done yesterday, you will complete a minimum of 30 minutes of cardio and at least 2 Rounds (or as many as your body needs) of the Sun Salutation A sequence as prehab before and/or after your other resistance training or athletic activities today.
Meatless Meal of the Day (MOD)
The meatless MOD feature for today is Silk Dairy-free, nut-free yogurt.
