Welcome to Week 3 of the challenge, you’re a little over halfway to the finish line.

The beauty in “growing up” is taking hold of wisdom that can be used to help someone else “grow up.” So keep growing, keep living. Embrace your own growth so that in time you can reach back and help those coming after you to grow successfully as well.


Mindful Mobility WOD

This week you will complete a minimum of 30 minutes of cardio and at least 3 Rounds (or as many as your body needs) of the Sun Salutation A sequence as prehab before and/or after or even during your other resistance training or athletic activities today.



Meatless Meal of the Day (MOD)
