Year round I have a workout STACK: I LIFT, RUN, and do YOGA! When I am competition training I LIFT and do YOGA, and very minimal RUNNING! In my off season, I run track, primarily the sprints events 100 and 200 meters. I also am a firm believer in challenging my body in different ways outside of the traditional gym setting. I also incorporate complex training into my training schedule to keep my body guessing and the fat melting…lol!
